BACKGROUND
Born in South Carolina. Raised in Texas. Moved to Washington in 1985. Spent three years as a licensed real estate agent, primarily in commercial leasing. Spent two years with a development company, primarily developing office parks, golf course communities and residential subdivisions. After graduating from the University of Washington and before attending law school, worked as a fishing guide out of Ucluelet, British Columbia, Canada. Moved to Bellingham, Washington in the summer of 1994 and opened Shropshire Law Firm.
